Job scope:
- Assisting in planning, executing and completion of property development
- Manage project to ensure delivery on time and within allocated budget
- Project documentation and filing
- Prepare meeting minutes & presentation slides
- Liaison with user to understand the project requirements
- Liaison with consultants and contractor to ensure the project requirements are met
- Degree in Engineering (Civil &Structural/ Mechanical & Electrical/ Project Management)
- 4 - 5 years relevant experience in construction industry including 3 years in M&E consultancy
- Knowledge in SIA contract, authorities regulations, construction contract
