Currently looking for 2 X UCCE Engineers to work on a 1 year extendable contract in Saudi Arabia
Currently looking for 2 X UCCE Engineers to work on a 1 year extendable
contract in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
You will need to have 4 Year experience in supporting UCCE Operations, 3
years’ experience with windows Server OS environment, Experience with:
CUCM, CUSP, VGs, UCCE Advanced Scripting.
You will be responsible for the, Problem Management, Monitoring ticking
system for open tickets, implement changes in adherence to change
management procedures, Update RCA for tickets, Escalate to L3 as
required, Update customer on status of problem.
