We are urgently looking for Day Care Female Administrator for Lahore Day care Center
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2-3 years as Administrator
Job Description:
Critical Job Functions:
• Monitor quality of their respective centers
• Child health and safety, at all times
• Emergency preparedness
• Coordinate with Health, Safety and Academic teams for implementation & management of updated policies & procedures
• Parental dealing
• Staff dealing and training
• Staff performance appraisals
• Documentation
• Prompt communication of any issues at the center
• Coordination with corporate point of contact and Catco Kids management, as and when required
• Maintain high standards of professionalism at all times
• Coordinate with Health, Safety and Academics Coordinators for implementation & management of updated NAEYC policies & procedures
• Supervision and Staff Development
Administrator Tasks
• Health and safety inspections
• Staff trainings
• Emergency drills
• Order inventory items
• Submit usage summary to Payroll Department
• Internal Payroll
• Check Petty Cash Summary
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Computer skills (MS Word, Ms Excle, Email), Good Communication skills verbal and written Sound knowledge of day care operations policies & procedures Team Building Conflict Management Planning and Organizing.
