Job Description

We are seeking a Postdoctoral Associate for a project on the systems biology of therapeutic antibody production. The position will involve genetic tools for manipulation of mammalian cell culture for optimized antibody production. In addition, systems analysis of the cultures will aid in optimization and several omics platforms and analysis tools will be used including LCMS/MS and RNAseq. 

This Postdoctoral Associate will be working with professors from MIT and Duke-NUS Medical School under the guidance of Prof. Ram Sasisekharan

Requirements

A Ph.D. in Chemical or Biological Engineering or Biology with demonstrated computational skills is required. Successful applicants will also need to have an established publication record in top-tier journals. 

The position will involve several omics platforms and analysis tools, hence familiarity with proteomics, metabolomics, glycomics, or transcriptomics as well as analysis of large data sets is highly desirable.
