Legal Executive required in Karachi!
2 – 3 years’ experience of corporate filing / legal. The person will be responsible for:
(a) Maintenance of legal register
(b) Manage all legal documents & file
(c) Filing of legal & Corporate forms & return
(d) Keep track of contract / agreements validity / expiry and intimate to Management for its renewal etc.
