About the role:

As HR Business Partner, you will work with Qatar Duty Free as an internal consultant partnering with Executive Leadership and supporting Line Managers. You will provide expert HR guidance to your internal clients and focus on strategic involvement and improvement of organisational productivity and quality. You will coach and prompt business managers to think strategically, think about the impact of changes on the organisation and how to make use of people to achieve success.

You will ensure that the organisation is appropriately designed to deliver objectives in the short- and long-term, and provide insight on the development and execution of capability, cultural and change activities. You will contribute to business strategy by helping identify, prioritise and build company capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes and support line management in forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements.


About You:

You should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of job-related HR experience including a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.

You will have exposure to a range of HR and general business disciplines and be able to develop strategic initiatives as well as implementing processes and operational solutions.

We need you to have strong influencing skills, strong leadership ability and an innovative mind-set. You must be able to engage, inspire and influence people as well as drive solutions whenever required. In addition, strong analytical abilities, excellent facilitation skills and strong project management skills are an important requirement of the role.
